Ezzat Ellaz, is the CEO and founder of Garçon - Hospitality Services.
He dedicated over 17 years to the Food & Beverage industry.
Over the course of his career, he has developed a significant expertise in event management, Food & Beverage operations and consulting, with experience spanning the Middle East and Europe.
In 2015, he founded Muito BEY, Lisbon's first Lebanese restaurant.
This successful venture, located in what is now a vibrant hub, proved his entrepreneurial spirit and ability to anticipate market trends.
Ezzat Ellaz holds a BBA in Hospitality Management from the Glion Hotel School in Switzerland and a MBA in International Marketing from the European University in Germany.
Ezzat Ellaz focuses on Food & Beverage consulting since 2021, bringing years of in-depth knowledge. His track record includes the successful launch of over 10 restaurant projects in Portugal.
